The Fine Print of an Adult-Living Community
Though Heritage Oaks is primarily a 55 and over community, a certain percentage of our residents can be between 50 - 55. Heritage Oaks is not a retirement home or assisted living facility. Heritage Oaks is an age- restricted neighborhood. All residents are responsible for caring for their yards. There are community cc&rs to ensure that the community is always well cared for. Children are allowed to visit any time and can stay with a resident for up to 3 months. Children or spouses 45 years and older can live with a Heritage Oaks resident.
